Abstract

In the advocacy process at the first-instance trial of criminal cases, the Prosecutors are important subjects who offer impeachment and debate about matters presented by the accused, defense counsels and other proceedings participants. Therefore, Prosecutors’ advocacy skills at the first-instance trial of criminal cases generally and human trafficking cases particularly is necessary that supports to find out the objective truths of the case, not to injustice innocent people or neglect crimes, protect human rights and the interests of the State and citizens.
