Evidence’s evaluation in human trafficking cases

Abstract

Recently, situation of human trafficking crimes is very complicated and tends to increase in number of cases and nature with increasingly sophisticated methods and tricks that adversely affecting the order security. In order for the prevention and fight against human trafficking to be effective to ensure that all offenses must be strictly handled, not to injustice innocent people or neglect crimes, the evaluation of evidence must be objective, comprehensive and complete. Within this paper, the author mentions main issues in evidence’s evaluation in human trafficking cases in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
