Challenges and requirements for the prevention and fight against human trafficking crimes according to the functions and tasks of the Criminal police force

Abstract

On December 31, 2015, Decision no. 2546/QĐ-TTg granting approval for human trafficking prevention and fighting program in 2016 - 2020 period (130/CP Program) was issued by the Prime Minister, followed by Plan no. 15/BCĐ directs the implementation of the Program in 2016 - 2020 period of the Government’s Steering committee on crime prevention and fight on January 19, 2016. As a 130/CP Program’s standing unit, criminal police forces at all levels have directly detected human trafficking crimes as well as advised the Police’s leaders at all levels to coordinate with the relevant units to implement that Program in 2016 - 2020 period that achieved significant results.
