Human trafficking crimes in Vietnam – Situation, reasons and solutions

Abstract

Recently, in Vietnam, human trafficking is a highly dangerous crime that seriously infringes on human dignity and honor, adversely affects social life and relate to unfree labor, sexual exploitation, prostitution for profit purposes. Although the State has taken many drastic measures to prevent that crime, it is still considered as a complex and complicated crime with bigger scale, sophisticated tricks, organized and strongly internationalized trends. This article analyzes the criminal situation, identifies its reassons as well as suggests solutions to prevent this type of crime in the future.
