Abstract

Recently, the situation of resisting a law enforcement officer in performance of his/her official duties is getting more and more complicated and unpredictatble that causes serious consequences. In this article, the author presents general awareness about official duties and current Vietnamese regislation on resisting a law enforecement officer in performance of his/her officer duties.
