Japanese criminal proceedings and experience for Vietnam

Abstract

Vietnamese criminal proceedings, via the introduction of the 2015 Criminal Procedures Code, has had similarities with the formation and development of the Japanese criminal procedure model. Therefore, studying Japanese criminal procedure model will contribute to perfecting the 2015 CPC that ensure the development of Vietnamese criminal procedure model.
