Discussion on offences against regulations on land management and several suggestions

Abstract

This paper analyses some new points in Offences against regulations on land management (Article 229 of the 2015 Penal Code), at the same time, studies that Article in correlation with other legal documents on land. Thereby, the author shows a number of shortcomings and brings out some suggestions to perfect legal provisions on offences against regulations on land management.
