Abstract

In investigation rape cases generally, rape cases in which victims are women and children particularly, it is essential for Investigation agency to quickly determine culprits. To achieve that goal, Investigation agency must conduct simultaneously investigative measures, including taking victims’ testimony to identify object, location, time and tricks of crimes. However, in the investigative process of these rape cases, Investigation agency copes with several difficulties in taking victims’ testimony; hence, we need a number of solutions to deal with these matters.
