Abstract

In the recent years, cases of property ownership infringement with appropriating nature have taken place with the increasingly dangerous nature and degree; methods of committing the crimes have come up with many changes; the criminal tricks have been more and more sophisticated, cunning; and the amount of appropriation has become larger and larger. Within the scope of this article, the authors focus on studying the practice, causes of shortcomings, and offers some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the evidence examination and evaluation of the People's Procuracies in the period of investigating and prosecuting the cases of property ownership infringement with appropriating nature
