Abstract

Inheriting the provisions from the previous Constitutions, especially the 1992 one on assigning, cooperating the exercise of the State power, at the same time institutionalizing the Platform to build the nation in the transitional period towards socialism, the Article 2 of the Constitution of 2013 has supplemented a new principle on the organization and operation of the State apparatus: “The state power is unified and delegated to state agencies which coordinate with and control one another in the exercise of the legislative, executive and judicial powers.” This is extremely essential for the principle of organization of the State power and the principles of organization and operation of the State apparatus, contributing to the development and perfection of the law-governed socialist state of Vietnam at present
