Abstract

Institution of criminal liability has been one of the biggest and most important institution in criminal law. However, there have been different viewpoints on this institution such as: its definition, characteristics, the differences between criminal liability and penalties or other criminal handling measures, starting time and finishing time of criminal liability, etc. The article contributes to clarifying matters as well as evaluating legistative techniques related to criminal liability in the Penal Code of 2015 in order to continue completing this insitution
