Abstract

In some nations, it depends on the model of criminal proceedings and legal traditions to identify the differences between the accused subjects. It can be researched under three categories of nations with the different models of criminal proceedings including the litigation model, the interrogation model, and the transformation model. The research will play a very crucial role in improving some regulations of the Civil Procedure Code of Vietnam.
