Abstract

The investigation of the murder for robbery cases has always been considered as one of the most challenging and sophisticating activities of the Police investigation agencies, which requires the greater coordination with the People’s Procuracies at the same level. The article clarifies the coordination between the investigators and prosecutors in cracking the cases of murdering for robbery under several angles such as the content, form, and principle of the coordination. Finally, some measures are brought out to boost the efficiency of this coordination in the current time.
