Abstract

The article analyzes the activities of excersing the prosecution right before opening a trial in the first instance of the prosecution agencies in the US, Korea, and Japan and makes a comparison with the Criminal Procedure Code of Viet Nam in order to offer some recommendations to further improve the regulations of Vietnamese criminal procedure law
