Cơ sở lý luận và thực tiễn của chế định Viện kiểm sát nhân dân trong Hiến pháp Việt Nam

Abstract

The Constitution of 1959 is the very first one that prescribes the institution of People’s Procuracies, since then, after several Constitutions in 1980, 1992 (amended, supplemented in 2001) and 2013, the institution has continued to be recognized and been the basis for the existence of the system of People’s Procuracy agencies in the state apparatus of Viet Nam. With its position, function and tasks, the People’s Procuracies always prove themselves as one of the most important institutions in the exercise of the state power. As the result, it’s crucial and significant to clarify the theoretical and practical basis of the rationale, existence and development of the institution in the Viet Namese Constitution.
