Một số kiến nghị hoàn thiện các quy định về tội phạm môi trường

Abstract

That the 2015 Penal Code amended and supplemented in 2017 is issued and put into implementation has been the effective instrument and the essential basic of legality in fields of preventing and combating against all types of crimes generally and environmental crimes particularly. However, there are several drawbacks and inadequacies which are not close to current reality about environmental crimes. In the scope of this paper, the author gives some suggestions to overcome these difficulties.
