Abstract

Regulations in the Penal Code of 2015 (amended, supplemented in 2017) on the drug-related offences have been developed on the basis of practical summary, inheritance, and development of the 1999 one’s regulations. Moreover, it helps to supplement with new regulations so as to address the shortcomings in the process of preventing and combating against the crimes, together with, improve the criminal legislative technique to enhance the transparency, feasibility, and predictability of the Penal Code. The author focuses on the fundamental changes and solutions to the implementation, which are to facilitate the overcoming of shortcomings in the practice of drug-related offences when compared to the Penal Code of 1999.
