Abstract
Being on the foundation of summarizing the pratical implementaion of the Penal Code and selectively consulting the criminal legislative experiences from many countries in order to inherit, develop the compatible existing regulations and overcome basically the inadequacies, difficulties in the practical implementation of the Penal Code of 1999 (amended, supplemented in 2009), the Penal Code of 2015 (amended, supplemented in 2017; took effect officially on January 1st, 2018) has contained lots of new contents and regulations including ones related to the death sentence. The paper is going to analyze these “death sentence” regulations in the Penal Code of 2015 and come up with recommendations so as to enhancing its implementation in the practice.
