Abstract

Conditional contracts for gifts of property mean a recipient can perform one or several civil obligations either prior to or after the giving of a gift. The article focuses on the cases where a recipient fails to perform an obligation required to be performed after the giving of a gift (Clause 3, Article 462 of the Civil Code of 2015); at the same time, it points out the inadequacies and brings about the orientations in favor of perfecting the related laws.
