Abstract

Topography in the civil cases related to land dispute is one of the most crucial and compulsory procedures for cracking the case. However, in the practice of adjudication, there has yet to have any specific regulations on the order, procedure and, components of the topography for the Court to serve as basis for application. As a result, the adjudication in practice during the last few years has had a large number of disputes related to land which was suspended because of waiting for the results of topography.
