Chế định giám định trong Bộ luật tố tụng hình sự năm 2015

Abstract

Prior to the promulgation of the Criminal Procedure Code (CPC) in 2015, the institutions on expert examination in the Vietnamese criminal proceedings still remained plenty of sketchy contents, together with many problems and obstacles, which directly affects the mission of crime prevention and combat. So as to meet the requirement of improving the judicial assessment claimed on the Party’s Resolutions and to overcome existing difficulties in the practical application of the CPC in 2003, the institutions on expert examination in the CPC in 2015 have already been significantly supplemented and amended. In a nutshell, the author would prefer to analyze the key supplements and amendments in the 2015 CPC compared to the one in 2003.
