Abstract

The paper studies the Criminal Procedures Code’s regulations on coercive measures in order to evict asset in general and corrupted asset in particular. Therefore, the authors point out the difficulties and inadequacies in applying these regulations and propose some recommendations to make coercive measures in criminal procedures become one of the effective statutories to evict asset as well as corrupted ones.
