Dak Nong province is a mountainous province with many difficult socio-economic conditions. In elementary schools, most of the students here are ethnic minorities, they face many psychological difficulties in learning and communication, so school counseling is important. Currently, a school counseling model has been formed in the province. This model has just been applied in a number of schools with a short period of operation and has initially brought certain effectiveness. However, for many elementary schools, this activity has not achieved the desired results.
