Promoting the active learning, taking the learners as the center of the teaching process has been applied very early by countries with advanced education. Currently, innovating teaching methods to pro-mote active learning, initiative and creativity is an inevitable trend of Vietnamese education in the current period of integration and development. To improve the quality of teaching Physical Education for stu-dents, innovating teaching methods to promote students' active learning is an urgent requirement today.
