In the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a new thing. AI is becoming an inevitable trend in many areas of human economic, scientific and educational life. AI has been applied by people in many aspects of life, not only creating a technology fever, but also laying the first brick for a machine era, gradually replacing humans to perform simple tasks. Simple to the point of being unbelievable. In education, AI is creating new teaching and learning methods that are being tested under different conditions and in many countries with different levels of development and with different levels of success. This article focuses on analyzing opportunities, challenges and future impacts of AI on teaching and learning at universities in general and Hai Phong University in particular; Analyze the positive changes that AI brings to education; Challenges and difficulties when applying AI to higher education as well as proposing some main solutions to overcome those difficulties.
