The research team used the method of collecting and synthesizing information when conducting field surveys at 5 IT practice labs at the Vietnam Women's Academy. From the hardware model of the network infrastructure, the application of software model is installed for the LAB computer system and the process of managing practical exams at the LAB. Through the survey results, the group analyzed the advantages, disadvantages and shortcomings of the practice test management process at the LAB. Accordingly, solutions are proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the test management system and process. The solutions aim to improve test management as a basis for practical application.
