The objective of the research is to determine factors affecting student satisfaction with online training activities at University of Transport and Communications Branch in Ho Chi Minh City (UTC2). Analytical data was collected from 320 students from courses 59 to 62 studying at UTC2. Research results show that the factors of perceived behavioral control, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, system quality, information quality and instructors guidance affect student satisfaction with online training activities. Therefore, the research proposes solutions to improve student satisfaction with online training activities.
