Integrating project-based teaching methods into the curriculum for students majoring in English Language

Abstract
Project-based teaching is a student-centered teaching method. It encourages learners to independently explore, discover, put book knowledge into practice and create their own products. Applying this method to university teaching programs is extremely necessary, especially for language skills teaching programs. From that reality, the article describes an overview of the Project-based Teaching Method, emphasizing its practical value in education in general and in teaching English skills in particular. Finally, the article introduces a small project model to improve Listening and Note-taking skills for second-year students, English Department, Hanoi University.
