This paper presents the results of research on teaching and learning English language arts in secondary schools in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province in the direction of experience. The survey subjects included the leader of the Kim Bang Department of Education and Training with 02 people and was conducted in 04 secondary schools in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam with 8 managers; 32 teachers of Literature and 40 students of grade 6. The survey content analyzes issues related to teaching management of Literature subject in an experiential direction, including objectives, content, forms, and methods. method, test and evaluate the results of teaching Literature in an experiential way, as well as factors affecting the management of teaching English in an experiential way in secondary schools in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province.
