The effectiveness of the teacher training program in improving the quality of teaching at universities

Abstract

Education and training development have always been a top national policy for our country, with special attention being paid to improving the professional qualifications, capabilities, skills, andprofessional qualities and ethics of the staff lecturers. In addition, the teacher-training program also helps  the lecturers to update the teaching content and apply new technologies in teaching. Trained instructors also have the ability to monitor and evaluate the quality of their teaching, thereby making improvements to improve teaching quality. All of these contribute to improving the quality of teaching at universities.
