Abstract

Young instructors’ pedagogical competence is a combination of pedagogical qualities that meet the requirements of pedagogical activity, ensuring that the activity is proficient and highly effective. It plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching staff in the whole school, meeting the requirement of “fundamental and comprehensive reform of education” in military officer schools.
