ABSTRACT
In Vietnam today, digital transformation is gradually participating in all fields and industries, from
economy, production, technology to culture and life. Education is an area that is being encouraged and
prioritized to promote digital transformation. Although there are still some challenges to overcome in the
implementation process, if realized, digital transformation will bring many benefits to learners, teachers,
training institutions and the whole society. . Digital transformation is an inevitable trend, happening very
quickly, especially in the context of the current Industry 4.0 revolution. The work of education and training
in the People's Police in general and at the People's Police academy in particular cannot be out of line with
the general trend and must be implemented very urgently if we do not want to miss the opportunity that the
Revolution Industry 4.0 brings. In the article, the author analyzes some contents in the implementation of
digital transformation of examination work and quality assurance of training at the People's Police Academy.
