ABSTRACT
Online teaching is becoming an inevitable trend of the 4.0 era. In particular, from the current situation
of the Covid-19 epidemic, online teaching is the most effective solution when learners cannot go directly
to the classroom to study. Online teaching gives learners many opportunities to share and exploit learning
resources to study well the subject they are studying; reduce learning costs, not limit on time, study space...
On the other hand, through online teaching and online learning to practice self-study, self-research and
self-assessment ability for learners. The article mentions some solutions of enhancing the effectiveness of
online teaching in teaching the subjects of State administration management and management of education
& training at Ha Tay Teacher Training College.
