ASTRACT
Scientific research is an important and compulsory task for university lecturers. Currently, some lecturers
of physical education at Thu Dau Mot University have not performed well in this task. Management of
change in scientific research activities greatly affects each lecturer of physical education at Thu Dau Mot
University. Therefore, properly assessing the current situation of change management will help propose
appropriate, necessary and feasible change management measures, thereby contributing to improving the
scientific research activities of the lecturers of physical education at Thu Dau Mot University in the future.
