ABSTRACT
This paper studies the influence of duty cycle, current density and power properties on quality of micro-
electroforming planar micro-spring, conducts process optimization by using orthogonal experiment method,
and establishes planar micro-spring electroforming. The result showed that the fatigue property of micro-spring
decrease as the duty cycle increase. Fatigue property of planar micro-spring which is prepared by double pulse
power is superior to the one that supplied by direct current power and single pulse power. Under the constant
displacement of 0.2mm, the fatigue life of planar micro spring can reach 517 times.
