Currently, information technology has made a great development in all aspects, more information
is transmitted and accessed in many different aspects. Therefore, in the process of receiving lecturers’information at colleges and universities, it is necessary to have useful and effective filters to make such
information valuable to contribute to improving pedagogical capacity and methods.
