INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION FOR DEVELOPING THE HIGH QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES

Abstract

High-quality human resources play a decisive role in the socio-economic development of a country. In the context of comprehensive integration, along with the strong ongoing industrial revolution 4.0, the tendency of cooperation in developing high-quality human resources is an objective requirement. The article analyzes the inevitable tendency in international cooperation to develop high-quality human resources in Vietnam and proposes some suggestions.
