Innovating the method of testing and assessment in the direction of developing learners’ capacity in teaching Political Theory at Kon Tum Community College

Abstract

The article mentions the current situation and the status quo of testing and assessing learners’ academic results of teaching Political Theory at Kon Tum Community College in the past time; on that basis, some solutions are proposed to innovate the testing and assessment method in the direction of developing learners' capacity in the coming time.
