THE AIM OF GENERAL EDUCATION IN RELATION TO HAPPY SCHOOLS UNDER THE PRACTICAL VIEW OF EDUCATION IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Educational goals are the cores and principal issues in the national education
systems in the world aiming at building standard and ideal personality models to meet
social requirements. In the 21st century, the tendencies for education goals in advanced
countries are to develop learners' qualities and competencies, both perfecting individual
personalities and satisfying social requirements. It is necessary to closely combine
educational goals with the friendly, standardized and pedagogical environments in schools.
The paper proposes some measures to implement effectively Vietnam’s general education
goals oriented towards a comprehensive education connected with happy schools in order
to achieve the personal potentials, competencies, qualities and personalities;
simultaneously harmonize with the social goals
