THE EFFECT OF LAW ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENTERPRISES IN VIET NAM IN INDUSTRY 4.0

Abstract

In the 4th industrial revolution, science and technology enterprises in Vietnam have faced with many challenges. In particular, they have many challenges as well as opportunities to approach and apply advanced technology in the direction of promoting scientific and technological innovation and improving competitiveness on a large scale in both quantity and quality for their development. Besides, these enterprises also have many legal limitations in accessing and catching up with science and technology with the region and the world. This article analyzes the influence of the law on science and technology enterprises in Industry 4.0 and proposes some recommendations and solutions to improve the legal system to create opportunities for science and technology enterprises development in Vietnam
