DIFFICULTIES IN IMPLEMENTING PRACTICAL ACTIVITIES FOR STUDENTS IN PRIMARY EDUCATION SECTOR ACCORDING TO PROFESSIONAL ORIENTED HIGHER EDUCATION (POHE)

Abstract

Professional oriented higher education training program allows students to participate in practice in the selected employment environment. It has been applied in primary education sector – Education faculty, Hanoi Metropolitan University since 2019 – 2020. In this article, through the study of materials, summarizing and analyzing the results of students' internships, problems in the implementation of POHE program, focuses on clarifying the difficulties when organizing practical activities of students of Primary Education in applied career orientation. From there, some solutions are promoted to improve the efficiency of organizing practical activities for students
