DEVELOPING SOFT SKILLS FOR STUDENTS MAJORING IN SOCIAL SCIENCES AND HUMANITIES AT HANOI METROPOLITAN UNIVERSITY

Abstract

Soft skills are essential for the comprehensive development of each individual. This paper will focus on the concept of soft skills, the importance of soft skills for university students. From the overview of the current status of soft skills of humanities majored in social sciences at Hanoi Metropolitan University, the author proposes solutions to develop soft skills for students to develop competencies in the learning process and after graduation to meet the requirements of the labor market in the 21st century.
