EFFECTS OF INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS TO THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC LIFE OF CENTRAL HIGHLAND ETHNIC PEOPLE FROM 1990 TILL NOW

Abstract

Since 1990, international and non-governmental organizations investments have
focused on supporting infrastructure, developing livelihood, reducing poverty, improving
education and health service quality of the Central highland ethnic people. These programs
and projects have been mobilized in accordance with the general planning and socioeconomic development policies of localities. In accordance with the Government's
regulations, most of the international programs and projects have been implemented
effectively, with practical significance for the ethnic people and communities involved.
Along with the expanding beneficiaries, the subjects of poor households and ethnic minority
households are particularly interested day by day
