Abstract

The training for Education Management graduates with professional ethics, strong political ideology, sense of organization and discipline, adequate knowledge, proficiency in professional skills, soft skills and appropriate communication skills required practical activities through internship activities. The internship activities in Education Management at Hanoi Metropolitan University have been renewed, but there are still issues that require assessment and measures in order to improve their effectiveness and, to a broader extent, the quality of Education Management training. The article addresses: (i) The role of internship activities in the training of Education Management; (ii) The current situation of internship activity organisation in the training of Education Management graduates at Hanoi Metropolitan University; (iii) Some measures to renovate internship activities to improve the quality the training to meet the requirements in current contexts.
