of the lecturers has supported the managers to complete their work, and at the same time, helping the lecturers to monitor and self-assess their results. In this study, we introduce the mobile application MyHNMU built on the platform of Google tools, which has the features of managing the professional activities of lecturers, promoting administrative reform in the activities of university lecturers
