SOME SOLUTIONS FOR MANAGING AND ORGANIZING THE USE OF PERSONAL ARCHIVES ARE THE PATRIOTIC YOUNG INTELLECTUALS AT THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES CENTRE III

Abstract

The 2001 National Archives Ordinance states: "The archives are the cultural heritage of the people, which are important in building and protecting the nation." In fact, they are really valuable only when used by the organization to serve the various activities
in the social life. Now, the National Archives Centre has adopted all forms of use of documents in accordance with the provisions of the 2011 Archives Law to maximize the value of documents, in particular, to the typical individuals’ archives. Still, the fact that
many people are still unaware of the documentation currently in storage at National Archives Centre is still unknown, so the organization of operations, use of general archives
and personal archives has not been highly effective in their own right. As a result, there are positive measures in managing and diversifying the types of organizations that operate to tap into the value of this document.
