THE COMMUNITY STRUCTURE OF MIGRANT LABORERS IN HO CHI MINH CITY TODAY

Abstract

Community structure is an important aspect in the daily organisation of migratory workers. The article presents the community structure of the immigrant workforce based on quantitative and qualitative survey data from four districts of Ho Chi Minh City. As a result, it contributes to providing research data for policymakers to plan and realise the goal of building a Civilised - Modern - Gracious City.
