HIGH-TECH AGRITOURISM COMBINED WITH CIRCULAR ECONOMY TOWARD SMART VILLAGE: A NEW PARADIGM OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN BINH DUONG PROVINCE IN THE CONTEMPORARY CURRENT

Abstract

High-tech agriculture is considered a solution to the scarcity of production resources such as human resources and land, while also enhancing the efficiency and quality of agricultural production. Binh Duong, being an industrial province by nature, sees the development of high-tech agriculture as a solution to facilitate the balanced growth of economic sectors towards green and sustainable development. The case study findings in Phu Giao district, Binh Duong province demonstrate that combining agriculture and tourism in the high-tech agritourism model can establish a distinctive agricultural base with tourism appeal. The calendar serves as a tool to promote and reinforce certain principles. Furthermore, the smart villages/smart new rural regions development direction enhances the potential for the model's efficacy in achieving green economic development goals and promoting the local brand of Binh Duong province.
