THE EFFICIENCY OF COLLECTIVE DIALOGUE AND NEGOTIATION IN LABOR RELATIONSHIP AT WORKPLACES (A STUDY IN HO CHI MINH CITY)

Abstract

Substantive and effective collective dialogue and negotiation are important for workers and employers to understand each other's need and negotiate with each other on issues related to working conditions, wages and problems arising in the workplace, thereby building harmonious labor relations. The article discusses a number of indicators to measure the efficiency of collective dialogue and negotiation in the workplace; presents some results reflecting the current situation of collective dialogue and negotiation and the evaluation of the surveyed subjects on the efficiency of collective dialogue and collective negotiation at enterprises. The article also discusses some factors affecting the efficiency of collective dialogue and negotiation at enterprises, as a basis for proposing some recommendations to improve the efficiency of collective dialogue and negotiation at enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City.
