MARXISM - LENINISM, HO CHI MINH THOUGHT AND SOCIALIST ORIENTATION IN VIETNAM TODAY

Abstract

The Platform on national construction in the transition to socialism (added and developed in 2011) of the Party, the 2013 Constitution of Vietnam and documents of the National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam affirmed: The Party takes Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought as the foundation of thought, a guideline for action. That affirmation is consistent with the Vietnamese revolutionary practice over 90 years under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam. The Communist Party of Vietnam requires cadres and party members to persevere with Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought, creatively apply and adoptively develop in accordance with Vietnamese practice.
